In exercise of the powers conferred under section 96 (2) of the Electric Power   Sector Reform Act, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission has drafted the following proposed Regulations on the Business Rules of the Commission.  Accordingly, comments are hereby invited from all stakeholders and members of the Public on the draft Regulation.  Notice is hereby given that persons who wish to make comments should send their written comments not later than Monday 26^th of June 2006 to:
