Hon. Justice Ezeani brings a vast and veritable wealth of experience spanning over fifty years. A keen enthusiast of the legal profession, he has served as a lecturer (University of Nigeria Enugu Campus Faculty of Law) has engaged successfully in private legal practice and retired as a High Court Judge in 2000.
His scholarship interests are in the Law of Torts, Law of Evidence, International Law, Commercial Law, Developmental Legislation and Human Rights. He has published several articles on these and other legal matters.
A veteran broadcaster and television host, he continues to engage in public speaking and enlightenment activities.
Justice Ezeani is currently also a Professor of law at Madonna University Okija.
Olumide .A. Ekisola obtained his law degree from the prestigious law faculty of the Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly University of Ife , Ile Ife) in South West Nigeria. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree (Second Class Upper Division) from the same university . He was subsequently called to the Nigerian bar . Mr Ekisola has over 14 years experience as a private legal practitioner. In the course of his practice, he has among other assignments, participated and advised on a number of transactions including; a Due Diligence exercise on behalf of UNDP in respect of Six Nigerian Companies in readiness for their strategic alliance with South East Asian Businesses; advisory services to clients in respect of various commercial transactions involving corporate finance law, secured credit , entertainment and intellectual property matters and attendant rights.
Mr. Ekisola has also been actively involved in the firm’s dispute resolution practice and has conducted cases before various courts in Nigeria.He is an avid reader and researcher on various legal topics and has authored papers covering topics in corporate governance, business models,intellectual property rights, collective admnistration and entertainment law
Mr Ekisola belongs to various professional associations including; Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN); Intellectual Property Law Association Of Nigeria (IPLAN); Nigerian Bar Association (NBA);Insol International (International Association of Insolvency Practitioners ); International Bar Association (IBA) Sections on Insolvency & Creditors Rights , Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law , Aviation Law and International Sales and Related Commercial Transactions
Mr Ekisola, aside from being a director of various companies, is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria .
Mr. Rudolf Ezeani is a Notary Public and Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He obtained his law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and his Master of Laws degree from the University of Lagos. Mr. Ezeani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of the Lagos Business School of the Pan African University Lagos.
He has had over 14 years of private legal practice, during which he has acquired a wealth of experience in many areas of the law especially Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual property law, Energy, Taxation and Litigation.
He has appeared in various trial and appellate courts in Nigeria. Mr. Ezeani has written several articles on establishment of businesses in Nigeria, money laundering, privatization and land use.
He is a member of the board of several companies in Nigeria and belongs to several organisations including the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Institute of Directors Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria and the Enterprise Development Services, Lagos.
Oladehin Anthonia Lola graduated from AdekunleAjasinUniversity, Akungba Akoko, OndoState. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the same University in September 2005.
She thereafter proceeded to the NigerianLawSchool and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2006.
During her National Service, she practiced law in the Law Firm of F.A Akinola & Co (Legal Practitioners) in Potiskum, Yobe StateNigeria where she was actively involved in litigation.
After completing her National Service, she joined the Law Firm of Adejumo Ekisola & Ezeani in March 2008.
Miss Oladehin Anthonia Lola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
